yep it does..its in the tool kit...it comes with some strap and use it under the seat cowl...

and if you dont want to use the cable there is a post on here about a modification. real easy to do. tak a drimel and cut a small piece out of the post on the left hand side.

I don't use my cable - I prefer the simple mod. here is a post i did a few months ago (with a pic). helmet holder mod
