had the same thing happen to me a while ago, the nail after removed did not lose any air. still replaced it before my track day (ease of mind). that does suck..

I think you're lucky as hell. When I read the title I expected to see a crashed bike due to a nail. You got off lucky. I'd kiss the ground and be glad you don't have a destroyed bike and body.
