Default Custom Map for 05' CBR1000RR

I just installed a new set of BMC air filters and I was wondering if any body had a custom map they wouldn't mind sharing? Oh yeah I also have a chrome Yoshi RS-5 slip on. Send me an email if so.

Thanks

check out the map database thread on 1000rr.net. do a search for that and you will find all kinds of maps that will work for your setup.

it isnt a custom map unless it was made for your bike, that is what makes it custom

on 1000rr i dont remember their being a map for a yosh posted, but the best thing you can do is find one that doesnt cause the bike to bog at low rpm or run hot at high rpms and then go have it dyno tested.

no map will run perfect on your bike until it is "custom" tuned

What do you have to do to get a custom map made? I don't have a PC yet but will be buying one with my exhaust in the next couple of months.

Thanks!

get that pc3 installed and make sure your pretty much done installing all the mods (performance) that you want to do. then find a bike shop that does dyno tuning. drop your bike off and let them do their majoc. dyno tuning a bike is around 300.00. at least thats the going rate around here.
