Default coolant level

First off 07 cbr1000rr. I dont have a manual yet. What is the coolant level in the resovoir supposed to be at? Mines at lower marking cold. What should it be and what coolant do u recommend? Is that blue ice worth the money?

You should put a little in then, that's the minimum marking. Use non-silicated and phosphate-free coolant or motorcycle specific if you don't know what that is or how to check.

For normal road riding probably not. Also you will have to flush your old coolant really well before using engine ice due to it being a different composition from normal coolant. It is non-toxic though so if you have lots of pets where you keep your bike it would definitely be worth it if it starts leaking
