So for reassembly it looks like you put the shock on, the frame over the motor, mounted all that up, then jacked up the bike by the rear axle then put supports under the motor so you could remove the jack and mount the rear wheel? Nice powdercoat BTW. I'm just curious as i'm going to be tearing down one of my larger bikes soon and i've just been looking at how other guys have been doing it. RD400's is one thing, modern sportbikes quite another.

Thanks!....and lookin' good.

That's powder on the frame right? Man I love that blue it reminds me so much of what I did to my F4i

frame on engine...(with harness in place)
then hand tight subframe so i could hold the bike from behind if needed to
then swinger... (all the while once the frame is on the engine .. support the front of the engine under the exhaust ports so the bike does not wobble

then yes... like you mentioned.. shock... rear rim... etc..

i did not do it cause i dont have them back yet from being serviced.. BUT if you can put the tripples and forks in with a front tire BEFORE You do the swinger ... and lock teh front tire in a tire vice on a bench ... EVERYTHING goes MUCH smoother
