Default 2006 CBR 1000RR question

hey guys I was wondering what your opinion is on this.

I have an 06 that I'm wanting to get rid of because I want out from under the payments. My question is, what do you think I could sell it for? Here are some details:

red / black paint scheme
chrome wheels
dark smoked wind screen
rear fender eliminator w/ signals
Greggs flush mount front signals
Micron dual outlet exhaust
2400 miles
I bought it new. Never been raced, abused or laid down.
Paint and bike is in PERFECT condition.

Your input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

prbably around a thousand over blue book value.. itl be hard to sell it for wut u owe on it concidering that once u drive it out the dealer it automatically drops 2 grand in value and u customized it yo YOUR liking not the person thats gona buy it. you should try wut i did with my ninja i sold it to a friend who didnt have the credit to get one otherwise he justsentthe payments until he is abel to get a loan and we got the deal notarized so we have a legal contract and meanwhile its stil under my name my credit keeps improving ....but good luck with your sale..

Bluebook is right at $8315... I'd start there. If you owe more than that understand that people who are buying a bike just don't care. If you really wanna get rid of it you'll probably have to pay the difference between what you sell it for and what you owe.

You could also try and put all the stock parts back on and sell those seperatley. Usually you don't get half of what you spent on aftermarket parts back.

Also remember that a brand new leftover 2007 is only about 8500-9000 or less OTD, so your bike's priceis in new bike territory. You may want to spring for an extra year of warranty if you still can before you sell it. That could help sway somebody.

I just bought the same exact bike, similiar aftermarket parts, same color, and about same mileage. The guy wanted $8,500 and has been trying to sell it since December. I picked it up for $7,500. He was happy and so was I.

Hope this helps.
