OK everyone i have a big problem here ! i can't decide what to get.. 06 1000rr or the 06 zx10r? what everyones thoughts?

 

Both are quite simply amazing, the choice is impossible, but if you must insist, get a Honda.

 

Good question. I've often thought if I were to replace my RR what I would get. The Kaw always comes up, as does the GSX-R. Personally I think Honda has been out of the race in the liter bike category since the 929. Always down on power and up on weight compared to the others. I understand it isnt all about specs, their chassis design is rock solid, but seems like they dont put all they can into weight reduction or power output. I cant say that I've personally lusted after the looks of any of them either. I've rode 929's and 954's and neither boiled my blood like my brothers 01 GSX-R 1000. And an 04 Gixer 1K.......even more refined than that. I havent rode the 10R or 1000RR, but I would imagine that it pretty much comes down to personal preference. Pick the one you will like to see in your garage in 4 years.

 

just wanted to update everyone.. i made the switch to the All Black ZX-10r.. it just came with more ...ie steering damper, slipper clutch, more power thing like that.. it pretty comfortable, i can wait to open her up to see what she can do.. i got 999 more miles to go ... lol..

I think you made the right choice, a zx-10r seems like one of the best liter bikes to date.

 

I would like to get a zx10 but the headlights kill it for me. Congrats on the new bike man.

 

check the maintenance on the zook mang...they aren't nice...

looks mean, I like it. I'm still trying to find some hyper white bulbs for my 929 without going with the HID kit
