Hey Guys,
I haven't been here in a long time. I went off on a journey of different bikes since my 929 but now I find myself considering another CBR. Presently I have a 09 GSXR 1k and though I enjoy the bike, it always has this little emptiness about it.
My question to you guys is what does the CBR offer to me that the Gixxer doesn't. Also does the CBR have a slipper clutch. I know that the 11 does but I can't seem to find out if the 10 does.
If anyone has any experience riding both I would really like to hear what you have to say.

yup my room mate has a 09 gsxr and i have a 08 1krr (same bike 08-11) just the newer ones have the new traction system or what not, but i prefer riding my 08 better, has better mid range for street riding, i pull on him but he catches up top end but how often are you gunna break 160 street riding. and the 1krr is a bit lighter, smaller and thinner, so it is very flickable especially since the 1krr's electronic steering stabilizer doesnt activate till faster speeds so the steering stays free at lower speeds. Both are great bikes but 1krr won the superbike shootout upon its release and the next year and the only bike that beat it the third year was the BMW S1000RR, and lets face it, that bike is the frickin cats ***! lol, but i will say the gsxr is more comfortable than my 1krr, its all rider preference, unless your a professional rider the bike has more and can do more than your abilities so ride what you like but i promise you'll love the ride on a new 1krr

edit: and also i forgot to say that yes the 08-11 cbr 1000rr do have slipper clutch's
