I would be worried. Best case scenario is that the flakes are from the clutch basket. Worse case scenario is that they are from your lower end. Check your clutch basket for notching.

These flakes are NOT from break in.

Well i have talked with American honda and he said for sure take it to a dealor but if its not the crankshaft extended warrentee or they find nothing then i have to pay for the tear down to inspect it. HELL NO im not. It runs perfect has no signs or sounds of the crank being an issue so why would a dealor tear it down and say yes its warrantee when they could do nothing and charge me for (supposedly) tearing it down? I trust 1 mechanic and he owns his own shop now and of course cant do Honda warrantee work.

Find a better larger dealer that WILL do the warranty work ! They are out there
and like nothing better than doing large warranty jobs ..... it's gravy for the big
dealers being able to charge back Honda Corp.

In my opionion

and having reviewed your oil pic I would get it attended to as soon as possible and if it
were me, just saying , I would not be riding it even if it sounds okay. If it's shedding that
much metal in the oil it sure as hell ain't helping the rest if the engine !

liquid sandpaper

Yeah i would definitely get that checked out. That is a large amount of flakes in that oil. Maybe even save the oil and show them what you found if it will help.
