My bike is an 08 CBRrr and I am doing my first coolant flush, I bought the bike new as a left over so i'm pretty sure the coolant is only 3 years old. anyway i'm flushing it and there seems to be a lot of aluminum flakes in the coolant. is this normal wear and tear or is there something wrong. also how much coolant should i put in for an 08 600 RR?

Hm. Id check your water pump if it is shredded. Any metal in your oil?
