07 1000rr please help
so i know there is a problem with the fan sensor / fan on the 07cbr1000rr
my fan was kickn on at low temps and the ****r burnd up 2 nite
if ne 1 has alrdy expierenced this problem and could please help me out it would b greatly appriciated thanks.
i think it is the temp senor rite?
the funniest part of this is i live in pa and it hapnd on a 50 degree nite lol

before i wold look at teh sensor /relay issue i would check simple things like radiator level
the fanis controlled by more than a relay .. its also hyper controled (over-ridden) by the ECU

the bike does occasionally blurp ot a lil bit of rad fluid out of the boil hose but thats normall no big deal just gets **** all ovr the fearinglol

Like Toptaz mentioned, the fan doesn't operate simply oncoolant temp. The ECU turns it on under certain circumstances. If I hold the revs at 2000 - 3000 RPM with the bike sitting in the garage the fan will come on even when the coolant temp is relatively low (150 deg). You might just have a bad fan motor.
