06 1000RR Ticking Noise
Hello,
I recently had a ride where I went to upshift into 6th gear, and the bike slipped down into 4th. Now, I notice a tick in every gear, and it has gotten a bit worse as time has went on. The tick is consistent with RPM, I can hear it during cruising, acceleration, and deceleration, but not while I am stopped. I can also hear it while coasting with the clutch disengaged (lever pulled in). What could be the problem? I would like advice from those some more versed (mechanically-wise) riders, as I am a bit knew to the scene. Could it be my shift forks, or my CCT? I just want to get the issue rectified before winter, if possible.
Thanks in advance.
