Default 04 Hydra Clutch Problem.

I've got an 04 CBR1000RR and I am having a hell of a time. The clutch master cylinder (lever) was squishy so I rebuilt it. Now its tight like it should be but it still won't disengage the clutch. So When its running in Neutral, I pull in the clutch and kick it to 1st and she lunges and dies. I have not dealt with the Hydraulic Clutch before, but it seems pretty simple. Master Cyl is pushing pressure to the Slave Cyl all that seems to be ok. So could it be in the clutch plates themselves? Maybe they are siezed together? Any Help/ info/ experience would help me get on the road again. Thanks

Just because your master cylinder feels like it's pushing fluid doesn't mean it is. The obvious thing to check for is air in the system, it's real hard to bleed it out of there once it gets in. Also the slave cylinder could be bad.
