If so - yes your clutch slave seal is leaking - replace it

As for the broken lever - be nice to know this at the beginning ....... lol

Reminds me of my first car I bought here in the US .......... it had a vice grips for the automatic shifter

Hahah yes but like i said before the vice grips werent bottoming out on anything, the clutch stopped itself and still it was hard which is y i thought i may be something else, but i will know clearer when i get this lever tomorrow hopefully. Thanks for not raggin me guys. LoL I will keep u's guys informed

At least once you've got the vice grips retired from clutch lever duty you'll have a handy replacement brake lever if the need should arise.

They also make a passable gear shifter too.
