I dont recommend using methlated (AKA Methylated Spirits) b/c that **** will eat the inside of your gas tank after it sits in the gas, not only that, that **** is posionious click the link i have here and read up on that ****. This explains it all i thought that **** would work to but wont use it after i did some reshearch If your really interested in using sea-foam you can get a can from me for like 10-12$ usd just let me know

 

Well let me rephrase that its poisionus to an extent and how you use it but mixing with gas isn't such a smart idea nice try with the suggestion.

 

Dude, if you looking for a de-carbon of your valve ports, just go to super cheep & get a de-carbon fuel additive that's safe for 4 stroke motorbike engines & do what the % mix states to a full tank on the bottle, & do that, & if it's a carby prob? they are prob due for a overhaul, either way if it's safe to put it through a M/bike's carb's & head? one blast of sea foam isn't going to remove 20 plus years of carbon, if i were you I would run a safe de carbon fuel add through every 4000/8000K's & when the head has to come off? then give it a port & polish, because that's when you will be really able to notice the performance change for the better.
