its not good for bikes to sit, esp carb'd ones And thats exactly what this bike has done SIT!!! And I willing to bet all sorts of issues would start to arise if some one were to buy it and start to really ride it

Good luck, man. Hope it works out.
I don't think he'll have a ton of people looking at it for $3800, so I'd continue to work him a bit on the price.
BTW, where are you getting your blue book numbers from? I couldn't find that number, as NADA has the 93 at like $2600 retail or something. (although there's no way to factor mileage on the site)
I know when I bought my 95, the bluebook was like $3400-$3650, but that was with the 43k miles "standard" for 750cc+ at the time. Never knew how to get more accurate... not that it matters as bluebook is pretty much worthless even with cars. I know according to kbb, a '97 Jeep cherokee is worth like $700 and we know that isn't the case. Depending on mileage/condition, they can be anywhere from $500-$5,000.

If you don't buy it soon, Sprock may jump on it for his collection.
Not me Tim it'd be triple where I'd be at and besides I have a carbon copy of it anyhow
except for the extra 32.400 miles on mine
BUT
Hey if it's 1000% RTG (ready to go) then yeah maybe ....big maybe 3800
However
Generally I'd peg it at 2.9 to 3.2, no matter what I'd say it'll need the customary TLC
