Your face is experienced TK?

If I keep getting skin cancers removed from my visage - it's like a Government sponsored facelift program.

Wrinkles, meh - a thing of the past.

Cheers, SB

It's experienced at living, and being out in the sun. Some might call it "full of character" - my good lady wife just calls it gnarly.

So... tell me more about this Government program of facelifts for people who have spent most of their working life out in the sun.

Do they do tummy tucks as well?

New DID Gold chain and JT sprockets on my mates 89 today. I just ordered the peg lowering kit from Daves Farkles in the USA for mine and some new rear indicator lenses from Fleabay as well. Have to get the front wheel off the Bird as I lost some wheel weights on the weekend and its shakin like a dog sh*tin razorblades.

Put a new chain on the bike today, then found out that I'd picked up a nail somewhere with my rear tire.

It's a michelin power pure, which aren't cheap, with maybe only 800 miles on it so I just patched her up and she seems to be doing good.

Now if only I can find a way to make this rain leave and get the warmer weather to come back I'll be set

I ordered my new regulator from Electrex this am. I finally got around to testing everything by the FSM and the multimeter is pointing to the old r/r. Per the manual my stator is checking out but I'm skeptical, especially since the bad r/r I pulled off is a newer upgraded piece the PO installed. I did find a nasty burned up connection to the r/r though so I can definitely tell something was bad. Here is the piece I pulled:

Here is the crusty connection that will be replaced entirely by the new r/r and connector from Electrex:

You can also see where the PO did some less-than-awesome splicing before the connector. I will be redoing that with some soldering.

Good thing Electrex offers that 1 year warranty - I half expect to have my stator blow this new one out and I'm left stranded again. Maybe I can avoid buying a $250 stator though... that would be nice! In the meantime I will be installing that slick voltmeter gern-blanston installed a few pages back.

^You gotta just love PO'ers. There's something about them. Every used bike I have purchased had all their nuts and bolts. They just happen to be in the wrong places.

I have a friend that can fix anything with pliers and a hammer.

CB550K actually SB. It does make an eye-catching background though doesn't it?
