The best home made moonshine I ever had (not a big fan of it) was appricot and was made by a chemist teacher in Europe! It smelt like appricots but it tasted like liquid fire.

 

Tanqueray 10 on the rocks with a lime is what I have if available, otherwise vodka/tonic. Or a nice cold Ale.

Sounds a bit like schnaps Imo000 . Used to live in Germany and it would come in all types of different flavours , but no matter how it's dressed up it was still 'firewater' , great stuff though

Lethal for the unwary. That with coke is called
Spook and Diesel here.

 

Besides light beer, pretty much all canaidan beers are over 5.5%. Unlike the american beers that re mostly around 4%, ours are much stronger. Most Americans will get lodedfrom only2-3 of our stuff. Many of them are used to drinking light american beers with only2.5-3% alcohol. What a weaksauce!
