Um guys... if the idle doesn't return, it's not too lean... It's too rich. Regardless what your jet kit says.Lean condition= stumble on accelleration and fast idle return with stumble before returning to steady idle. Rich condition = good throttle response, and slow return to idle.

it comes down after acceleration okay but before it gets to idle speed it hesitates for a bit so i don't think its just the weight of the flywheel
Which is confusing me. If this is the case then yes it's too lean. But in your first post you said it's not returning. It may just need to have the idle mixture adjusted. Are you running the stock airfilter? If not that might contribute to a lean condition.
