Good guess
My KLR with a single left front brake rotor used to twist like a beatch until I put
an EagleMike brace on it - now it's rock solid.
So I've been planning fork brackes my other bikes just to steady things a bit
more especially out on the highway.
Thinking of making my own but there are some cheap decent looking ones on ebay
right now.

I am going to say yes, only by logic, deduction and explanation on the Application Chart.
It reads at the top:
"Please note that a dash (-) before means up to the year, while a dash after means after the year".
On the fitting chart, any application, that only fits a particular model, it will give you the range of the years.
For example:
CB750C 1978-1983 HB35 FS20
On the other it will leave the years open like:
CBR1000 (Hurricane) 1987- HB41 FS99
In other words, the (-) means from and up to.
Call them up for 100% accuracy.
BTW, this is the brace I have on my 1988.

I can see why the doubt, but I noticed 2 different brands and one is the manufacturer website of Super Brace. If after calling them it doesn't fit, you have recourse.
You also have measurements from that second link you provided.
A good caliper and go measure for peace of mind.
22-0063 Fork Brace Honda CBR1000F ..1987-1989
41 Tube Diameter
62 Mounting Diameter
195 Center Distance
Didn't see the measurement for the VTR1000

"I have seen while searching that VTR1000 may fit"
Yeah TBT my observation too & Ebay has Japanese Coerce Fork Braces that look good $129
EDIT:
Here's a great chart I just found (say ours are 62mm & 195mm apart)
http://www.tarozzipaolo.com/inglese/stabiliz.htm

Easy enough to mod if off by a smidge

My Link,
Your Link,
The top of page 2 in both links are dated. Your link says 2012 where mine says 2009. In each case it says up to 1989. So the $16k question is, what if anything changed?
You need to measure fork leg dia.for each and spacing between legs. You can make a crude vernier with two boards with a nail in each. Slide one board on top of the other until the nails touch the legs, should be the same for each bike. You can also do the same for the dia. but I think I guy like you would have a vernier caliper handy.
Edit:I know, I've been looking.
I figured that but in this and other LINKS, it says differently. The thing is the pages may not have been updated to include other years.
