There's many ways to get one.

You could go to your local napa store and pick up a thermal flasher unit for like $12.00. There is an electronic flasher unit that will also work. It's more expensive like $25.00. The only thing you would have to do is match up the prongs coming of the unit. It's fairly simple to just look at your wiring diagram in your service manual and try to match up with a vehicle flasher unit that has the same fpm (flashes per minute) and required number of terminal posts.

If you don't want to try the above, there are many websites that have the oem part available.

World of Powersports has an online microfische. Years 1990 and up for the CBR1000F shows the part for $41 and some change.

Ronayers is another oem type online microfische. I didn't check the price, but I'm guessing it would be close.

You could always check ebay or a motorcycle salvage yard.

I order from this dealer all the time. They are about 45 mins from my house but times I don't get the oportunity to travel I call and purchase with my CC and they ship at minimal cost.

thanks illushun i went to napa and found the weakest flasher that they had, the prongs werent the same so i just put some adapters on my wires and attached it the spades on the flasher, way cheaper then buying the 45.00 one from the stupid dealer.
