Touch Up Paint

Fact is it's not the majority that cause problems on a site like this,(or the real world) it's a small number of cretins who believe that the rules don't apply to them, and they can behave in an unreasonable fashion, be it fraud or outside the norms set for civilised society. They cause the majority to be burdened with rules to protect them.
This may have gone astray but could I just say........
Vote Pete for world president :icon_sultan :

You buggers love to take the mickey....................shame on you !
Don't forget I know where you live
I'll see what other paint suppliers there are
Humbrol make spraypaint too.
Modellers Spray Paint by Humbrol from Airfix
Maybe this could be an answer for small area repairs.........
By the way, marine spraypaint is a close enough match to cover blemishes on exhaust shrouds or lower fairings- Mariner grey or Yamaha blue (new) It's not cheap though - costs over $20 per can here....

Words of wisdom from the wooly from wollongong.....................
And not an "AR AR" in sight.
I guess I'll take that from whence it comes and give it as much thought as it deserves.
More model paint

sorry fellas for taking topic off course, now back to paints.
I found a supplier in the UK that will send to Oz though via courier due to content. They are
RS Motorbike Paint Colours - Motorcycle paint, bike paint, Kawasaki Honda Yamaha
and for 8 quid a jar 25ml. its pretty reasonable, so have ordered some from them. Thanks for all your input guys.

Pity they don't have the paint scheme for the California 1990 but I guess it wasn't imported to the UK. Nice find for everything else though. 8 pounds for 25Ml isn't really cheap paint Don't forget if they export it to Oz you can ask for 20% off (the VAT) - may help to pay the postage.
I'd get a friend in the UK to buy it and send it to you - courier postage costs can be wicked !

Theyre charging 18 pound for courier for 13 jars, am getting for another bike to (red/white). at 8 quid thats VAT free spells about 12.50 oz which is cheaper then ColoRite @ 15ea. So I reckon all in all it seems reasonable.
Just outa curiosity, my friend who has the red/white FK was looking for some red panels in the USA. However Im not sure the US used the same red as we in oz or the UK i think namely Furious Red R167 may not be the red used in the states, anyone?

13 jars@ 8 + postage Total = 122 pounds
As far as I can ascertain the US uses the same red (year for year) that is used in the UK and in OZ.
Check the paint colours at http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/model...semblies/10568 or which other year you need. The colour used is on the part specification.
