What seems to be the problem with how it runs? As for losing 150 pounds, rippn is right. Taking that much weight off probably isn't possible.

I am aware that the only way to remove 150lbs. is only possible with this bike if I am not on it! I'm referring to the possible replacement bike being 150lbs. lighter. BTW I got it out of the shop this week and it runs soooo much better that I might just have to keep it.

They said that the carbs weren't assembled properly last time, and that the jets were off some. I couldn't talk to the actual mechanic as he was off when I picked her up, and the service writer didn't seem to have much of a clue. The important part is that she really runs good now. I'm going to treat her to a custom corbin seat and a new front tire. BTW, I've stopped looking for a replacement, If I do anything I'll just get her some company!
