Because I'd hate to let it sit, I've decided to try and sell my '88. Last week's eb@y auction didn't even make $1500. That's pretty sad. I'll ride it myself before I give it away. And did I read correctly.........I have to have 100 posts to list in the classifieds here?

Yes, that's correct.We have far too many people who just used the site for parts/bike sales, so had to change the rules.

 

Try Craig's list. It works well here in Kansas.

Chris, I was offered 2500 by someone who saw the auction on eb@y, but sounds fishy...I dont believe he bid during, and he has 0 feedback. Would probably sell for 2800.

My problem is I'm on too many types of forums, and can't devote enough time to one to get my posts up

Yeah Craigs list works sometimes, but lately with the things I've tried to sell people just want to take advantage of sellers, thinking they need the $$$ bad and will take any offer.

Well the good thing is, I've been riding the 'Cane, and it is a fun bike, gotta admit. Always get lots of looks because doesn't look like the stuff being made today.
