HELLO ALL, I HAVE AN 87 CBR 1000. I WANT TO BUY A TANK BRA BUT THEY ARE HARD TO COME BY. I FOUND TWO. ONE SAYS IT WILL FIT A 600 CBR (1987) THE OTHER SAYS FITS 90 TO 93 CBR 1000. WILL EITHER ONE WORK ON MINE? I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH DIFFERENT THE 87 CBR 600 IS COMPARED TO THE 1000. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED

 

Hey, you found one that will fit the 92-93??? I know those will fit my 95! Where did you find those at??? I have one on mine, and its a Lockhart phillips Tank bra. Its leather too, but ti have no idea if they still make one for it. I'd like to get another one though. Let me know.

 

Check Dennis Kirk or Chaparral. I've seen a few on EBay also.
I bought my LP Bra for my 96 from Chaparral. It says 93-95 on the box but it fits the 96 also. I have not put it on as I have clear mylar on the front of the tank to keep the scratches off.

 

EBAY SEEMS TO BE THE PLACE. YOU HAVE TO TRY DIFFERENT WAYS PUTTING IT IN THE SEARCH ENGINE. I ALWAYS PUT LIKE, HONDA TANK BRA OR TANK BRA. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. THANKS
