Default swing arm restoration

will be restoring swing arm over the winter with rear wheel overhaul, will require blasting/repaint,possibly bearing overhaul, with new chain slider and anything else that is not A1,considering powdercoat versus epoxy paint ,my own persuation tends to go with epoxy paint coating as being harder and more chip and corrosion resistant ,where powdercoating i feel once chipped seems to travel under plastic coating ,anyone else got views or experience on this ?

The paint will be easier to touch up later on if you get any chips.

Did mine last year. Cleaned it, sanded it, painted it with some steel wheel paint I got from a local car parts shop. Seems to be OK so far...
