what all parts is everyone changing out to "make" the bike into a street fighter. I've kicked over the idea several times but did'nt know what all work needs to be done and what parts need to be changed

Really depends on how you want it to look. Ive got my fairings back on new despite the hole in the right hand side. Anyways, alot of what ive seen is people just taking off the front fairing and putting a light pretty much. Ive got a picture on my HDD of one I seen so ill upload it and include it on here. I cant really remember where I seen the picture at... was probably from here.

The tails are Yamaha R1 replicas...available cheap on e-bay over here. I have the luxury of covered foam where my Son opts for the true race style high dencity foam on its own. I do like his under seat exhaust (box from a Jaguar car) but the twin pipes stick out too far and at an angle that causes some offence to people he passes...Of course in the States they would have to bend one of them further up and back on itself to achieve the same responce.

Oh and both needed the rear subframe cutting and welding to get the desired angle.
