glad it helped... for a bit... dont think ive ever had the fan kick in on mine, but i am in the UK... temp gauge never gets much above halfway even in traffic in the summer, and mine is running with no fairing, which will help dramatically with the cooling... you could try taking the thermostat out of its housing to increase water flow around the motor, doesnt do any harm, just takes a few minutes longer to warm up. or flush the system and change the coolant? have you changed the battery? i forgot to scroll up and check before i started typing.
