Does the hurrican have any kind of problems with the speedometer that is common to all of them? Started having a problem with the speedo quiting. It comes on, and goes off when it wants. It reads correct, and then it doesn't. I have checked the cable, and it is fine. Pulled the cover on the side, and inspected the sending unit, it all seemed fine. The only thing i have found that could be the culprit is the plastic drive piece that fits over the bolt head. It is just a pressed on thing, and is not locked into position that i can see. I cannot find this piece in the fisch, and the dealer couldn.t either. Any ideas would be appreciated. A part number would be great.
