You guys are so freakin awesome !!!! Checked the enrichers, working correctly. Checked vacuum tubes and pushed down to make sure they were all on. Bike is now running great. Took her out on H1 this morning at 5:30 am, no traffic, and went fast! I mean Fast! The raisens poped back up and my cane started talking to me, she said things like "whats the matter? I can go much faster if you want to." Then she gave me that sly, knowing smile as I backed off the throttle and said, "*****" Oh how I love my girl

Second the above from TBT - mine's a California model - get rid of the plumbing, remove the restrictors inside the carb inlet rubbers (there are rubber restrictors in there which will rob you of about 25 HP !!!)
Then see what she's really about. There's a detailed how to on it.

Yep! What he said.

If she is a CA bike you need to set her free.

I've had her just over 3 months, and as far as I know shes bone stock. It's running real nice just a little rich. I'm gonna go with If it aint broke don't fix it. It is a cal. model, and she's been running a little rich since day one. The breather tube that is in a T config. , between carb 1&2 and 3&4 that leads to the eecav are not connected at the carbs. When I put them on shes a no run. Thats realy what concerns me.

Hey:

Make it a 49 State model as stated above and you will be Good To Go, and happy you did.
