Secondary Injection Delete?

Secondary Injection Delete?
How do you delete the PAIR valves and secondary injection please? I have a 1987 hurricane 1000 and it has the secondary injection valves and there is a line leaving there that has great suction at idle but does nothing - I really know nothing about deleting this and the service manual seems to have very little on the subject of the secondary injection at all. Thanks in advance.
