Well, i checked my plugs and they were quite dark, and some were no good so I replaced them all. I cleaned my air filter, It wasn't too bad though. I think what ever I did worked though, because it didn't start up real well and it ran better with the choke on, so I think it is leaned out now. I'll see how it rides tomorrow when it warms up. Thanks for all the help.

if they were prety black...id haul one of the new plugs an see how they look you may still have to adjust the air/fuel screws. if not its possible you could run into this again...its possible what you did was just band aid a bigger problem

dpasch is right. Plugs will probably help a little for now, but won't change your mix problem.
If you were running rich, that hasn't changed.

Yeah, I get what you guys are saying, and I will check my plugs again. Could missing the left side air duct not be letting enough air in and richening it up?

Your chokelever at the carbs might be stuck too, making it not close properly.

The air filter could have been more clogged than it looked, too. If that was the case, it would lead to it running more rich..
I bought a riding lawnmower one time that was running super rich because the guy who owned it before me decided to cover the air filter in really thick oil, and then never change it.
It would start super hard when warm, blow a little black smoke, etc. Same idea.

So is it starting a good bit better now?

I would just keep an eye on the plugs and see if it starts doing it again. If it does, you'll probably need to sync the carbs and adjust the air/fuel adjustment screws on the carbs...
