Default Rear shock absorber question

Hi all,

Just a quickie....

Can anyone tell me, for definate, if the rear shock absorber unit for a '91 model will fit directly to my '88 model??? Just found a possible bargain, and thought I'd check first?

Regards,

shakey

Shakey, I just checked out the fiche, the part numbers are different and the actual mounts on the dampers look different in the piccies, so I would say they are not the same so would not fit directly into your 88

That surprises me because any I have seen on ebay for an 87 - 88 are pretty much
carbon copies of later shocks ........ but I could be mistaken !
