And I'm not being precious about it.

How's it going Jarvid, you've been a bit quiet for the last couple of weeks.

All good?

Of course, sorry, have been keeping an eye on that.

Man it's crazy what us old buggers will spend on pets isn't it?

Off for a drive to Dunedin on Saturday (3.5 hours each way) to check out a $500 feckin kitten that we apparently desperately need.

Such is life.

"If Mama ain't happy, then nobodies happy"

Probably a small price to pay in the long term.

RonAyres.com find your bike
Under Cowl
Parts 30 and 32 but be careful of color choice. They have some in red.

LINK With parts
LINK for the right side.
LINK for left side.

$$$ WOW! Good luck!

Edit: I have looked in BikeBandit and CheapCycleparts and RonAyers. Ron Ayers is the only one that looks like still has the right side.

Also, does anyone have a link to removing the fuel pump? I know it sounds simple, but I cant find a spot for the fuel filter... maybe just a picture of your set up would help me out.
Unfortunately I don't have a link... and I've never had to do this to one of these bikes. I'd imagine it's pretty straight-forward, tho.

Turns out the little tiny spring in the front brake lightsensor is too old and won't recoil after extension, so a new sensor it is!

Found a nice ebay gas cap for the 600F too. Crossing my fingers it will fit.
Hmm... I wonder if you could tear it apart and stretch the spring?
On the 600F... there are a few parts that fit... but it's dam few. A switch may be ok if it looks the same.

Lastly, can anyone tell me what the heck goes over the fuses up front? You know, under the handle bars. Whatever it is, it missing on both sides. I've tried to find photos or a name or something but had no luck.
TBT linked to them, but there have been many people looking for those cheap... and they're hard to come by. Keep looking on ebay and you may get lucky.

"$500" and "kitten" should never be in the same sentence.
Unless the sentence is "Hell yeah! I killed the most kittehs and won $500" LOL.....
I kid.

But seriously, if my wife told me she wanted to drive 7hrs to look at a $500 kitten.... I'd ****in' leave her. haha...

It's called an "infill panel" over the fuses..................
There's one on e-Bay for the left side.
Lots of spares lists in my last post P2 in Sprock's "barn find"
here's an infill panel, left.............
