Nice trip
BLUE1000F and I were out today and exercised the bikes ontwisty roads. Since he has been on a track day and did very well I took the Suzuki to ensurenot to be left behind! Even though the pace has been far above signs today, at some occasions, there has not been any scaring events and it isreal nice to ride with a fellow than can ride and don't do crazy things. A special highlight was when an Aprilia RSV 1000 overtook in respectable pace on a very twisty road. The horns went on immediately and soon enough I was rightin his tail. The Suzuki is far stronger than the Aprilia but I stayed close behind since I saw the guy knew the roadbetter than meand drove fast enough.
The two bikes, BLUE's and mine, have aboutthe same color scheme :-)

RE: Nice trip
Thanks for the nice trip today, that was some really great roads.
I got the chance to test R1000'sSuzuki today, i've never tested a GSXR 1000 -03 before. At first when i sat on the bike it felt like my bottom was way upp in the air, it's so leaning forward position if you compare it with the Cane.
And i'm also used to the higher windshield from my bike so i had to lean down the body and head pretty much to avoid the most of the wind, not an advantagewhen you're as tall as i am(196 cm) and the speed is pretty high.
But the best part with the bike was that it handledlike a dream on the fast winding roads we drove today, the chassi is amazingandit has more than enough power. I could very easy get used to a bike like that :-)
