Default Need Help finding vacuum point to synchronize carbs.

I have a 1996 CBR F, California model and I cant find the attachment points for the sync tool. I have spent a lot of time searching for the vacuum fittings/points to connect tool to synchronize cabs and just can't find them. There are four vacuum hoses that are part of the emission system, but very low vacuum.
Your help will Be VERY APPRECIATED!
Thanks in advance.

Under the carbs on the intake manifold.

Here is a write-up on it. How to sync carbs 93+

They are kind-of a pain to get to. I used long needlenose pliers to get the caps off, but I could have used a set of forceps. Pretty tight in there.

So you have the Cali model with the PAIR chit on it, eh? That's a bit of a pain in the **** itself. I dealt with that stuff, too...

Oh, and Welcome to CBRF!!

And get some good light and a pair of reading glasses!! I never did see the head of one of the adjustment screws. I just kept sticking the screw driver in there until I got lucky and found it.

I did the same thing...
"Well, the manual says it's here... so I'm just gonna poke that area with a screwdriver and see what happens.." lol..

You think I'm old enough to need reading glasses? Well you're right, but I have contacts, one for up close, & one for dist. a great combo.
Enough with the chitchat. As I type this I am letting it cool down to put it back together. That link you sent me was great. So far I haven't had any problems. Hope that continues. I used a Morgan Carbtune and it worked great.
I am now about even, or a little money ahead compared to having the work done and now I have the carbtune for next time, or to help someone do the job on there bike.

THANK YOU! kilgoretrout, that web site is what made the difference.

I use other bike forums (mainly dirt bike) and have met some good people, but the guys on this site,.... you guys are Great.

That's what I have, too.... The Morgan Carbtune. Great tool. I was a little reluctant when I first decided to get one, but it's turned out great.
One of my buddies used it, too, and he loved it.
