meatpopsicle, you're a hell of a fab guy, no doubt.
You definately deserve props, man. Just a hell of a finish.
I'm wondering, do you do this kind of stuff for a living? You've definately got some skills.

mike, we were both right! I don't think I was around when this bike first came up, but I was for the other one. You don't happen to have a link to the "other" one, do you. No big deal if you don't. It's just been nagging me...

That sucks you're out of a job, man. Damn shame. There's gotta be somebody looking for someone like you.
What a waste.

Thanks for the link. I never even got to see that one finished. Ended up looking pretty good, but it seems like he could have used a shlttier starter bike.
I'm not big on the graphics really, either. I thought it looked better before them. Just MHO, though. Still looks pretty dam good.

Great looking bike. I'd have thought someone with your fabricating skills would be snapped up.

Don't worry guys, that red/silver/black -97 isn't the bike that "kaukana" used for the project, it's a pic to illustrate what the CBR should look like.
This is the object he used:

Thumbs up Kudos!

Nice job "Popsicle"! It doesnt really look like a streetfighter, but damn nice job customizing. I am curious why you used metal for the fairings, doesnt it make it ridiculously heavy?

u170who, meatpopsicle hasn't been logged in since may.

But my feeling on the metal is that it's not gonna make that big of a difference. It's all about the look, the fabrication, and the overall art.

It's like putting all that chrome on a Hardly Ableson...
except this is cool.
