Much Difference (engine wise) between the CB1000 and the CBR?

Hey:
The big difference is the CB1000F is a 5 spd with good torque and less
top end HP, than a CBR1000F it also based more on the older Hurrincane engine
than the newer motor. The CB1000F also has very good suspension bits.
The forks are like the RC VFR bikes.

They do sound good and they weigh under half the weight of the old fatass cannons. (never liked the CBR's stock pipes or engine note).
I was lucky with the purchase as the guy that bought my old GPZ1100 had them from his 95' model CBR, sold them to me for $300

This alone is a reason to move to the USA! I just bought a CBRf4i for 7k at the dealer...and I felt like it was steep.
I ride everyday...It's legal to carry a gun in my state just about anywhere (including a bank)...Riding season is all year round! Cheap bikes...Gorgeous women...endless roads! I'm in heaven...for a few months at least...then off to Iraq!
Not to turn political or anything...but Kudos on your mates being in Iraq!
