Default i'm an idiot - centre stand problem

Hi - i have a 95 CBR1000FS and removed the centre stand a few months ago (grounding 2 up).
I tried to refit yesterday but got totally stuck with the spring.
I cant figure how it attaches and what the crescent-shaped metal plate is for or where it goes.
I know i should have taken pics at the time but as i said, i'm an idiot!
Does anyone have a photo of it in place or a diagram.
I need it as i can't fit my nrew rear shock without it.
Many thanks for any help anyone can give me.
Best wishes - ian

Crescent bracket faces "c" to the ground , attaches to the center stand bracket
the spring runs from the stand to join the crescent bracket

Not home atm so no pics sorry .... maybe later I'll post one up as I have the bike
up on the lift and it's easy to see
