Advertising it on craigslist is another option. i bought my last bike shopping on that site.

 

I bought mine on craigslist. The guy wanted a garden tractor or $3500.
He took $2700.

 

ya, I posted up...no joy. I need the plastic bit that covers the back of the gauge panel (like, you have to remove the windscreen to get to it. I made one out of a Thomas the Train sign and duct tape (don't tell my kid ) but I'd really rather have the real thing. Anyway, I'm sure the stop-gap will get me through my trip.
