Anyone look at this thread in GB?
Think it could be adapted to be used in place of the H4H?

I think the H4H system was created for other markets where the max wattage of a motorcycle bulb was lower than the car ones.

English bikes run a std H4 bulb, American bikes run a Honda bulb.(which is stupid and very expensive)
If you want to fit other bulbs to US bikes an adapter is available from Canada for $9.99 on www.e-Bay.com (or you can cut off two tabs on the bulb and hold it in another way.)
The spacing on the tabs on American models is different.

The kits they're talking about aren't bulbs, they're projectors. This involves cutting out the original bulb receptacle and installing a complete projector into the housing. This doesn't work (well) with fluted headlight lenses.
All we cna do on our bikes is to replace the halogens with HID bulb/ballast kits. There is a recent thread on this.
