Default Help

I need tires for my 1988 Hurricane 1000. I'm looking for 140/80 ZR 17 for the rear and 110/80 ZR 17 for the front. Does anyone know where I can find them? Or can I get a more common size that will fit? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

That place is in Australia. They don't ship to the U.S.

Did you try sportbiketrackgear or JPcycles?

I literally just ordered new tires for my 91 yesterday. Shinko 009 Ravens. Both tires with tax and shipping $169 on Amazon.

Shinko doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to tires. You will have to let us know how they do for you.

Yeah, I went cheap on them because I really wont be riding this bike much at all. It was my first new bike, and its's been sitting ignored under a tarp since 2005. It was a winter project and now that its running, fresh tires are the final step.

Good luck! Interested to hear what you think after you get some miles on 'em!
