Here you go, I had a spare one in the garage - I think this might be the lawnmowing and garden weeding one so I will need it back sometime.

Sunday is the day. Son coming in for moral support. (He likes to take stuff apart and fix it.) I used to, but then I got old and stiff and short tempered.

It'll all come back to you mate. Of course, since your son enjoys these things so much, you could function in a more supervisory capacity yourself and sit on your backside drinking beer whilst offering helpful suggestions...just a thought.

Well, today actually WAS the day. And found the problem...... not a phuquing thing. Took all the plastics off (GOD what a pain! - stripped out screw) and put a pan under it and put on the choke and cranked it. Started up. Waited. Nothing. Ran. No leaks. I must have just flooded the crap out of it last time. Or maybe whatever was stuck got unstuck due to all the flooding. But it seems to be fine. Gave the gas a seafoam treatment just for good measure. Will ride tomorrow to confirm my complete ignorance, stupidity and incompetence.

At least I know how to get the plastics on and off now. Except for that one frigg'n screw.

Sorry, I still need it to go for a ride. Forced to golf instead. I sucked. Would rather have been riding.

There's your problem right there. That's why I don't golf.
In the future, you should always choose riding. It keeps your bike in shape.

Took it for a quicky. Is it my imagination or is that seafoam as good as a tune-up? Started sooooooooo easily and ran beautifully. I have learned nothing from my experience other than to ride a little more frequently and give it a shot of seafoam in the winter. I think.

And you two, with the multiple bikes...that's like having a little somethin-somethin on the side. A LOT of work. I can't even get ONE ridden adequately.
