Default Front wheel interchange?

Okay I have a tweaked front wheel. It isn't too bad I've had it up to 105mph but I really don't want to take it any faster before I get my wheel replaced or straightened. I think that my wheel is only slightly tweaked and that I could get it straightened but I'd like to compare the prices with a new wheel.

So my question is, what wheels work on the 1000F? Ideally I could find a wheel identical to the CBR 1000f but if I could find something that can accept the stock brakes and axle I'd be happy.
Thanks
Nolan

I don't know what other wheels will fit - blackbird ones looks similar, but the front discs are mounted differently (floating?)

Also maybe CB1000 ones, but if i were you,i'd go for a CBR1000F one to be on the safe side - Look on Ebay and
pick one up cheap - and repaint it to match!

It's not as easy to find CBR 1000F wheels on ebay as you might think. At least not for the later year models. I've had a search on ebay that emails me when it finds a match for the last few months. I've not found one that matched exactly what I'm looking for. I want a spare set to use for track days that I can keep tires on for the track. I don't want to have to mount and unmount tires all the time.

It will take a bit of searching through the forum, but someone posted a link to a place that sells parts for CBR1000F's. On the parts website you entered in the part no and it came up with what other models it fitted.

I'd say just go down to the local wrecker with a measuring tape.

The only wheels that I can find are for the 87-90 hurricanes. Will these fit? I also saw that one of the wheels on ebay had a 110 tire on it instead of the 120, do the earlier models have a rarower rim?

Either way they still want $100 plus shipping which seems a little steep. I have a 1987 cbr 600 wheel laying arround here so maybee I'll see if that'll fit, but even if it dose it's too narrow for a 120 tire.

I guess I'll probally be looking arround for someone to straighten mine, but there is like a week turnarround time and it'll cost over $100 anyways. Argh

The earlier CBR's used 110's on the front and wont fit the later models.

Are you sure you cant get your wheel machined true?
