Default Hi, my "new" CBR

Hi. great forum. This is my 1999 CBR1000FX. It has only 15000 miles on the clock and 2 previous owners. I love the way the bike handles - so much better that the ZZR1100 I had previously and the Honda build quality is amazing.

I have removed the (ugly) rear rack and replaced the screen with a Vario Sports Touring one which I find much easier to tuck behind at high speeds.

After a few years away from Hondas, it's great to be back!

Don't throw awaythat rackyet; you might need it for the long rides.I got the similarly tallzero gravity touring windshield and Im thinking offabricating a 5 inch addition to see if I can go faster. With what I have now I can reach 140mph before hitting turbulence.

Hi, and welcome.
same model and colouras mine, must admit though it's not the best colour scheme Honda did for these bikes.
