Fork Tubes
Does anyone know if the fork tubes from the later bikes will fit my 1991 bike?
Was thinking of buying these:-

I know the fork lowers will probably not be suitable , but I was hoping the tubes would be OK , are they all 41mm

If you look at this fitting chart from all bike engineering - there are two different length fork tubes they manufacture for the 89 to 97 bikes.
662mm long and 648mm long

I would guess the OEM stuff is two different lengths too
However at £160 a pair these are really good tubes - the chrome is proper industrial stuff and they fit very well - i used a pair on my 91 bike.

Thanks for the replies Guys .
I thought they might be the same ,but doesn't look like it.
Dean0 I spoke to those guy's on the phone , but it's good to know that someone on here has used them and it's quality stuff . I'll probably use those guy's , but I don't know how to explain a £200 hole in the bank account (after seals and fork oil). It may have to be my 50th birthday present!
