Fairing work question.
Finally located the front cowling for my 87 hurricane, one with the little turn signal trim pieces still intact. Ordered it from Fleabay and it arrived today, I opened the box, pulled it out and much to my dismay, some genius let his 7 year old daughter decorate it. It has pink glitter clear coated all over it. Now I know why it was being scrapped! Anyway, my question is what kind of stripper (if any) can I use on this plastic fairing? Any advice will be appreciated.

Hey:
Shell and/or glass bead it, its faster and does less damage than the chems do plus its pretty quick.
Finely crushed Almond, Chestnut or Walnut shells work pretty good. (Ultra fine coffee grind)
Low pressue if using glass or sand.
Most industrial refinsh shops can do it for a reasonable cost.
