It could be just a dirty connection that cuts out at certain frequency (rpm). May be as simple as unplug and plug back in.

 

I'm sure I have one from the parts bike. If you send me a pic ofwhat you need Ill send it your way.

here's a picture of what you're looking for.
The relays are under the rubber shrouds to the R/H side of the picture hanging off the front frame.
I can't remember which relay is for high or low but it shouldn't take you long to figure out which one, if any, isn't working. You'll hear them clicking as you alter the high low beam switch.

 

yeah the super cold temps here were impacting those relays working right.

Today now issues at all in temps 55 f greater than last week
