![Question](https://cbrforum.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
When I start my 93 and it's on choke, not quite warm and I gun the throttle
between 4k and 8.5 k the low beams drop out ?
When it's on high beam (same scenario) does not happen at all.
When bike is fully warmed up does not happen on highs or lows !
What ya think ? Bad high / Low switch ?

I've just looked at the fiche and they're labelled incorrectly. There are two relays side by side under the front cowl to the L/H side behind the speedo. The parts list calls them starter relays but they are hi and lo beam relays. Tsk Tsk Mr Honda.
Part number is 38501-GN2-014.
I'm sure there must be loads of these knocking around at breakers. Alternatively you could probably use a standard relay. I was lucky enough to have another one to hand.
Swap over the hi beam relay onto the low beam plug or visa versa to prove fault..... T'be sure etc.
