To be fair Jarvid I think you may be doing possum a disservice there by writing it off as tasting like crap. (Not that I actually know what crap tastes like, so I will bow to your experience in that particular area)

I have however found thou' that there are very few meats that don't respond well to a slow cooker treatment. A few shallots, mushrooms, red wine and beef stock followed by eight hours in a slow cooker renders the most unworthy of animals into a delight.

It's even worked in my house with Thar - which let's be honest, is just goat at a slightly higher altitude.

Please feel free to reclaim your thread and take it back on topic any time from now.

jarvid. I caught some of that show too. Heavy **** back in their day!!

Don't mind a bit of banjo v geeetar music myself, wouldn't mind a canoe and have eaten my fair share of 'coat of arms' fare...have I lived in the country too long?? I haven't started on the chewin' t'backy yet though and drink out of a brown bottle, rather than a jar...so far.

What is a smileys layout Steve? Sounds a bit dodgy to me mate. "Hey man, I'm looking for a smileys layout, know what I mean."
Victorians, i don't know!

Jarvid; how's the bike running mate? Weird question to ask, i know, but how's the run in going? Can you feel it starting to loosen up and dare you to give it the beans yet? Resist! It'll be worth it.

Hi Dave "theporn"

Sorry, just thought I'd better put it out there for those that may have missed it.

Cheers

I'm off to bed. Riding to work tomorrow (missus dealing with the kids after work), fantastic weather here at the moment.

Jarvid; I'm sorry man. I tried to get it back on topic in my last thread...really i sort of did.

Kiwis, and Victorians...You've got no chance mate.

'Night lads.
